基于学生职业需求的高职毽球课程改革模式探索

摘　　要：学校体育工作在新时代下不断向前发展,是深化教学改革的必然要求。为进一步推进学校体育课程改革,以北海职业学院为例,基于高职院校毽球课程教学改革的现实依据,分析了毽球课程设置现状及存在问题,从课程目标、教学内容、考核内容、师资力量等4个方面对毽球课程改革模式进行了探索,为高职院校各类专业学生加强身体素质、适应新岗位、高质量就业提供帮助。School Physical Education(PE)work is constantly advancing in the new era,it is the inevitable requirement of deepening the teaching reform.In order to further promote the reform of school PE curriculum,this paper takes Beihai Vocational College as an example,based on the realistic basis of Shuttlecock curriculum teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Shuttlecock curriculum,and explores the reform mode from four aspects:course objectives,teaching content,assessment content,and teaching staff,so as to help the students of various majors in higher vocational colleges to strengthen their physical fitness,adapt to new positions and obtain high-quality employments.
