摘　　要：以体育强省建设为视角,分析黑龙江省牡丹江市城乡社区公共体育资源现状及体育强省建设对资源配置的影响,结合理论分析和逻辑分析的方法研究牡丹江市城乡社区公共体育资源,构建基于体育强省的牡丹江市城乡公共体育资源配置的优化路径,探索提升公共体育资源利用率的有效途径,满足城乡群众的体育健身需求,促进全民健身和体育强省建设水平的提升,为优化城乡公共体育资源配置提供一定的科学依据。Taking the construction of a sports strong province as the perspective,this paper analyzes the current situation of public sports resources in urban and rural communities in Mudanjiang City,Heilongjiang Province,and the impact of the construction of a sports strong province on resource allocation.Combining theoretical analysis and logical analysis methods,this paper studies the public sports resources in urban and rural communities in Mudanjiang City,constructs an optimization path for the allocation of public sports resources based on the construction of a sports strong province,explores effective ways to improve the utilization of public sports resources,meets the sports and fitness needs of urban and rural residents,promotes the improvement of national fitness and the construction level of a sports strong province,and provides a certain scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of public sports resources in urban and rural areas.
