体教融合视域下高校校园足球后备人才培养体系研究

摘　　要：目前,高校校园足球正逐步向好发展,体教融合的提出更为校园足球的发展注入了新的活力,但同时校园足球项目的发展也面临新的要求和挑战,促进人才规模化成长是目前体教融合发展亟待解决的问题。立足于体教融合相关政策的视角,以苏州市高校为调查对象,揭示目前高校校园足球后备人才培养体系存在的问题,为推动体教融合发展,提高校园足球的发展质量,培养优秀的足球后备人才提供理论依据和实践指导。At present,university campus football is gradually developing positively,and the proposal of sports and education integration has injected new vitality into the development of campus football.However,the development of campus football projects also faces new requirements and challenges.Promoting the large-scale growth of talents is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed in the development of sports and education integration.Based on the perspective of relevant policies of sports and education integration and taking universities in Suzhou as the research object,reveals the existing problems in the cultivation system of reserve talents in university campus football.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the development of sports and education integration,improving the development quality of campus football,and cultivating excellent football reserve talents.
