摘　　要：系统分析了当前中国职业乒乓球锦标赛的发展现状及其面临的人才培养困境,旨在推动中国职业乒乓球锦标赛向更高水平发展,促进乒乓球运动的长期健康发展。在研究的过程中,详细探讨了人才培养过程中存在的资源分配不均、教练员和管理人员专业素质不高、竞赛体制与训练机制矛盾、优秀运动员流失与职业生涯规划缺乏等问题,并针对这些困境提出了相应的发展路径,包括完善培养体系与机制、提升教练员及管理人员素质、优化竞赛体制,以及推动社会资本参与和加强政策支持等。This article systematically analyzes the current development status of the Chinese Professional Table Tennis Championships and the talent training difficulties they face.It aims to promote the development of the Chinese Professional Table Tennis Championships to a higher level and promote the long-term healthy development of table tennis.In the course of research,the problems of uneven resource allocation,low professional quality of coaches and managers,contradictions between competition system and training mechanism,loss of outstanding athletes,and lack of career planning in the talent cultivation process were discussed in detail.And corresponding development paths have been proposed to address these challenges,including improving the training system and mechanism,enhancing the quality of coaches and managers,optimizing the competition system,promoting social capital participation,and strengthening policy support.
