摘　　要：血小板减少是放疗后不良反应之一,其发生会影响肿瘤患者的治疗进程及生活质量。现代医学治疗该病有一定局限性。本文基于《黄帝内经》“壮火食气”的理论内涵,探讨其对中医治疗放疗后血小板减少的指导作用,并举临床验案2例,以期为临床多维度认识和治疗放疗后血小板减少提供有价值的思路。Thrombocytopenia is one of the adverse reactions after radiation therapy,and the occurrence will affect the treatment progress and quality of life of cancer patients.Modern medical treatment for this disease has certain limitations.Based on the theoretical connotation of“vigorous fire consumes qi”in the Huangdi Neijing,this paper explored the guiding role of this theory in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of radiation-induced thrombocytopenia,and presented two effective cases,in order to provide valuable ideas for multi-dimensional understanding and treatment of radiation-induced thrombocytopenia in clinical practice.
