摘 要:传统现浇屋面大悬挑梁、大悬挑板等构件支撑体系普遍采用悬挑工字钢、悬挑三脚架及落地式支撑脚手架等施工方法。四角异形钢支架体系与上述传统支撑架体系相比,在架体自重增加不大的前提下,不仅能提高架体整体刚度,保证模板的支撑精度,且操作简单,安拆方便,更能进一步利用自身架体代替部分扣件(轮扣、盘扣)等周转材料,节约成本。本研究详细介绍了四角异形钢支架在现浇屋面大悬挑梁、大悬挑板悬挑支模过程中的设计、施工、监测,为类似超长悬挑现浇构件支撑体系的选择提供了新的施工方法。The traditional cast-in-place roof components such as large cantilever beams and slabs are generally supported by construction methods such as cantilever I-beams,cantilever tripods,and floor standing scaffolding.Compared with the traditional support frame system mentioned above,the four corner irregular steel support frame system can improve the overall stiffness of the frame and ensure the support accuracy of the template,while maintaining a small increase in the weight of the frame;And the operation is simpler and the installation and disassembly are more convenient;It can further utilize its own frame to replace some turnover materials such as wheel buckles and disc buckles to save costs.This paper provides a detailed introduction to the design,construction,and monitoring of the four corner irregular steel supports in the process of casting large cantilever beams and large cantilever slabs for roof casting.It provides a new construction method for the selection of support systems for similar ultra long cantilever cast-in-place components.
