摘  要:针对国道108线过境改线工程主线项目路基大规模穿越软土及沿线较长质量管控难度大的特点,制订了公路软土地基处治的专项施工技术与施工质量控制体系,通过水泥碎石桩技术的引入,进行了软土段布桩方案与垫层厚度的重新设计工作,并应用控制图法对已完成的路基施工进行基于检测数值数学统计的质量控制,保证了公路路基分项工程质量达标水平的一致性。Aiming at the characteristics of National Highway 108 Transit and Re-routing Project High-speed Main Line Project that the roadbed passes through soft soil on a large scale and the difficulty of quality control along the long route,the special construction technology and construction quality control system for the treatment of highway soft soil foundation is formulated:through the introduction of cemented fly ash crushed stone piles technology,the re-designing of piling scheme and bedding thickness in the soft soil section is carried out and the control chart method is applied to the completed roadbed to carry out quality control based on numerical mathematical statistics of testing.Construction quality control based on mathematical statistics of testing values is carried out to ensure the consistency of the quality of highway roadbed sub-projects.
