摘 要:依据某高速公路运营桥梁现场实际情况,选择仅对上部结构纠偏的思路,建立了以墩柱为竖向反力平台,以小吨位千斤顶对称、分散布置提供竖向顶升力的支撑新体系;确立了通过在梁底预埋钢托座、墩柱提供水平反力、现有支座作为纵向滑移装置的纠偏系统;最后利用PLC整体同步控制系统进行同步控制,成功实现在不封闭交通的条件下对现浇箱梁进行纵向纠偏。According to the actual situation on the spot,the idea of rectifying the deviation of the upper structure only is selected,and a new supporting system is established,which uses pier column as the vertical reaction platform and small tonnage jacks as symmetrical and decentralized arrangement to provide vertical lifting force,a rectifying system is established by embedding corbels at the bottom of beams,pier column providing horizontal reaction force,and existing support as the longitudinal slippage device,finally,the whole synchronization of PLC is used.The control system is controlled synchronously,and the cast-in-place box girder is corrected longitudinally successfully.
