摘 要:大桥上跨铁路上部结构施工是确保桥梁顺利施工的关键。以青林特大桥上跨天华铁路上部结构施工项目为研究对象,制订了在跨铁路大桥上部结构的机械设备选择与施工流程,针对施工前准备工作、过孔、喂梁、箱梁架设中横梁与湿接缝施工和防撞护栏与防抛网安全防护等方面进行研究。通过研究跨铁路大桥的关键施工技术,可以为后续类似的跨铁路大桥施工提供参考和借鉴。The construction of the upper structure of the bridge crossing the railway is crucial to ensure the smooth construction of the bridge.This article takes the construction project of the upper structure of the cross Tianhua Railway on the Qinglin Special Bridge as the research object.Firstly,the selection of mechanical equipment and construction process for the upper structure of the cross railway bridge are formulated.Then,the research is conducted on the preparation work before construction,through holes,feeding beams,construction of cross beams and wet joints in box girder erection,and safety protection of collision barriers and anti throwing nets.By studying the key construction techniques of cross railway bridges,reference and inspiration can be provided for similar cross railway bridge construction in the future.
