摘　　要：中国天府农业博览园主展馆彩色ETFE膜的承载结构为木拱架,此种组合结构体系在国内外是首创。由于木拱架外形在空间上呈现为高次曲面,使得膜结构的次支撑构件尺寸变化各异。基于工程项目特点,针对16种颜色的膜片配色、构件参数化设计、数字化加工与膜体整体安装工艺等方面,对木承式彩色ETFE膜结构施工形成了一项关键技术,实现了各工序间的无缝衔接与高效建造。The bearing structure of the color ETFE film of the main exhibition hall of China Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park is a wooden arch,which is the first combination structure system at home and abroad.Because the shape of the wooden arch frame is presented as a high-level surface in space,the size of the sub-supporting members of the membrane structure varies.Based on the characteristics of the engineering project,this paper has formed a key technology for the construction of wood-bearing color ETFE membrane structure in terms of 16 colors,such as diaphragm color matching,parameterized design of components,digital processing and overall mem installation process,and realizes seamless connection and efficient construction between various processes.
