摘　　要：装配式空心板剪力墙结构作为一种新型装配式结构体系,具有板型尺寸小、重量轻、抗震性能优越、工程造价低的优点,但也存在安装易受扰动、模板加固较难等问题。通过介绍装配式空心剪力墙体系施工特点,依托顺义仁和镇临河村棚户区改造土地开发项目,针对预制空心剪力墙的施工过程研究其关键施工技术,并根据目前施工中常见问题提供了有效的施工质量控制措施与解决方案。The prefabricated hollow slab shear wall structure,as a new type of prefabricated structural system,has the advantages of small plate size,light weight,superior seismic performance,and low engineering cost.However,it also has problems such as easy installation disturbance and difficult formwork reinforcement.This article introduces the construction characteristics of the prefabricated hollow shear wall system,and studies the key construction techniques of the prefabricated hollow shear wall based on the construction process of the shantytown renovation land development project in Linhe Village,Renhe Town,Shunyi.Effective construction quality control measures and solutions are provided for common problems in current construction.
