摘 要:为了研究大体积防辐射混凝土的施工措施和环境温度对其浇筑温度及裂缝控制效果,对分层浇筑时,不同浇筑厚度和不同的环境温度条件下的混凝土温度变化规律进行计算分析,得出每层浇筑厚度为50 cm,环境温度为22℃时,降温速度较快,且不会因混凝土内部与表面,混凝土表面与环境温差过大而产生裂缝的结论。该结论在曲江新区医院项目应用,并对混凝土内部和表面温度进行监测,将监测数据与模拟数据进行对比分析,得出模拟结果与现场实际测量的结果基本吻合。In order to study the construction measures of large volume radiation resistant concrete and the effect of environmental temperature on its pouring temperature and crack control,the temperature changes and cracks of concrete under different pouring thicknesses and environmental temperature conditions during layered pouring were calculated and analyzed.It was found that when the pouring thickness of each layer was 50 cm and the environmental temperature was 22°C,the cooling rate was faster,and the internal and surface of the concrete were not affected.The conclusion is that the temperature difference between the concrete surface and the environment is too large,resulting in cracks.This conclusion was applied in the Qujiang New Area Hospital project and the internal and surface temperatures of concrete were monitored.The monitoring data and simulation data were compared and analyzed,and it was found that the simulation results were basically consistent with the actual measurement results on site.
