摘 要:为解决SD卡大容量数据的快速存取问题,该文设计了一种基于FPGA的SD卡控制器。此控制器拥有两个Avalon主端口,采用突发DMA方式与总线上其他设备进行数据传输,无需CPU干预,提高了传输效率。控制器内部使用同步架构,通过时钟使能控制与SD卡交互的时钟频率,提高了系统稳定性。此外,利用IDE软件编写驱动函数,采用自定义组件技术将其作为独立IP核集成。在友晶科技DE2-115开发平台上验证通过,主频达到103.37 MHz,实现了数据的快速存取。To solve the problem of fast access to large capacity data of SD card,an SD card controller based on FPGA is proposed.The controller has two Avalon master ports that use burst DMA to transmit data to other devices on the bus without CPU intervention,improving transmission efficiency.Using a synchronous architecture to control the clock frequency that interacts with the SD card by enabling the clock function,which improves system stability.In addition,IDE software is used to write the driver function,and custom component technology is used to integrate it as an independent IP core.The controller has been verified on the DE2-115 development platform of EUjing Technology,and the main frequency reaches 103.37 MHz,realizing the fast data access.
