摘 要:作为卫星重要的能源附件,太阳电池阵是由许多太阳电池板组成的阵列,能将太阳能转换为电能供整星使用。而太阳电池阵展开控制器作为为卫星提供能源供给的太阳电池阵系统中的重要组成设备,其能否正常工作直接影响到卫星发射的成败。因此,为了设计高可靠性的太阳电池阵展开控制器,提出了一种基于冗余架构的模块化设计方案,该方案已在风云系列和高分系列卫星中成功验证过,在轨分析和测试显示设计方案是合理与可行的,其可靠度比传统设计方案提升了约10%。As the energy attachment of the satellites,solar arrays are always made up of lots of solar panels,which exchange solar energy to electricity.The deployment controller is a key equipment of the whole solar array system carrying the responsibility of providing energy to satellites,whether it could perform smoothly influences the success of satellites launch.Therefore,in order to design a deployment controller with high reliability,a modular design method based on redundant architecture was proposed in this paper,and its usefulness has been verified successfully by the usage in FY satellites and GF satellites.The result of the analysis and test on orbit is showed that the design scheme is reasonable and feasible.The reliability is about 10%higher than those of the traditional design methods.
