摘 要:针对树障与导线触碰发生短路,将会导致线路闪络、跳闸停电,甚至引发火灾事故的问题,提出一种基于点云凸包算法的电网输电线路通道树障检测方法。利用机载激光雷达采集激光点云数据,通过包围盒方法实施抽稀,滤除冗余点云数据。利用SVM分类算法确定树障点云数据,利用点云凸包算法构建树障点云凸包,根据三角函数公式计算树顶点与输电线路之间的距离,以此为基础,按照标准划分树障风险程度。结果表明,所研究检测方法应用下,树障顶点的平均检测误差为1.1 mm,每个研究区的树障顶点的平均检测误差达到相对最小值,由此证明了该方法具有较高的电网输电线路通道树障检测精度。Aiming at the problem that a short circuit between a tree barrier and a wire will lead to line flashover,trip,power outage,and even fire accidents,a method for detecting tree barriers in power transmission lines based on point cloud convex hull algorithm is proposed.The airborne laser radar is used to collect laser point cloud data,and the surrounding box method is used to implement thinning and filter redundant point cloud data.The SVM classification algorithm is used to determine the tree obstacle point cloud data,the point cloud convex hull algorithm is used to construct the tree obstacle point cloud convex hull,and the distance between the tree vertex and the transmission line is calculated based on the trigonometric function formula.Based on this,the risk degree of the tree obstacle is divided according to the standard.The results show that under the application of the proposed detection method,the average detection error of tree barrier vertices is 1.1 mm,and the average detection error of tree barrier vertices in each research area reaches a relatively minimum value,which proves that the method has a good detection accuracy for grid transmission line channels.
