摘  要:针对金属探测器采用某一固定基准频率探测不同种类的金属时,因探测范围大导致灵敏度降低的问题,通过打开或闭合电容的通路以改变基准频率的方法,以及通过微控制器实时监控且实时更新基准频率的算法,提高了金属探测器的灵敏度和准确率。基于反相器74HC14的LC振荡电路的主要功能是产生周期性的方波,CKS32F103微控制器的主要作用是采集LC振荡电路的方波频率并分析以用于控制声光报警等功能,通过增加看门狗电路,提高了金属探测器的可靠性。采用PSpice软件仿真,结果证明了设计的可行性,可应于多种领域。In order to solve the problem that the sensitivity of metal detector is reduced due to the large detection range when it detects different kinds of metals with a fixed reference frequency,the sensitivity and accuracy of metal detector are improved by the method of opening or closing the path of capacitance to change the reference frequency,and the algorithm of real⁃time monitoring and updating the reference frequency through the microcontroller.The main function of the LC oscillation circuit based on inverter 74HC14 is to generate periodic square waves.The main function of the CKS32F103 microcontroller is to collect the square wave frequency of the LC oscillation circuit and analyze it to control the functions such as audible and visual alarm.The reliability of the metal detector is improved by adding a watchdog circuit.PSpice software simulation shows that the design is feasible and can be applied ina variety of fields.
