摘 要:为了提高系统信号覆盖率和改善轨道通信异常信号的识别效果,设计了基于5G通信技术的轨道通信异常信号自动识别系统。该系统包括数据采集模块、数据处理模块、控制传输模块、异常分析模块和数据显示模块。通过对轨道通信信号的采集、噪声处理、参数估计以及最小二乘支持向量机的应用,实现了对异常信号的自动识别和展示。实验结果表明,正常和不同类型异常通信信号斜率、初始频率曲线波动规律存在显著差异。系统的平均灵敏度为0.935,特异度指标平均值为0.777,验证了其在轨道通信异常信号识别方面的可靠性和有效性。In order to improve the coverage of system signals and the recognition effect of abnormal signals in rail communication,an automatic recognition system for abnormal signals in rail communication based on 5G communication technology was designed.The system includes a data acquisition module,a data processing module,a control transmission module,an anomaly analysis module,and a data display module.Through the collection of track communication signals,noise processing,parameter estimation,and the application of least squares support vector machines,automatic recognition and display of abnormal signals have been achieved.The experimental results indicate that there are significant differences in the slope and initial frequency curve fluctuation patterns between normal and different types of abnormal communication signals.The average sensitivity of the system is 0.935,and the average value of the specificity index is 0.777,which verifies its reliability and effectiveness in identifying abnormal signals in track communication.
