石英砂矿地质特征及提纯工艺试验研究

摘  要:选取赫章县某地的石英砂作为试验原料,开展石英砂矿地质特征及提纯工艺试验研究。试验结果表明,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量可降低至0.01%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量可降低至0.061%,CaO含量可降低至0.012%,TiO_(2)含量可降低至0.022%,K_(2)O含量可降低至0.019%,MgO可降低至0.004%,Na_(2)O可降低至0.003%,ZrO可降低至0.003%,提纯效果明显,能达到优等品玻璃用砂质量要求。Selecting quartz sand from a certain location in Hezhang county as experimental raw material,we conducted experimental research on the geological characteristics and purification process of quartz sand deposits.The experimental results show that the Fe_(2)O_(3)content can be reduced to 0.01%,the Al_(2)O_(3)content can be reduced to 0.061%,the CaO content can be reduced to 0.012%,the TiO_(2)content can be reduced to 0.022%,the K_(2)O content can be reduced to 0.019%,the MgO content can be reduced to 0.004%,the Na_(2)O content can be reduced to 0.003%,and the ZrO content can be reduced to 0.003%.The purification effect is significant and can meet the quality requirements of high-quality glass sand.
