摘 要:采用黑水虻生物转化技术能够提升湿垃圾厌氧处理的效率。为验证餐饮垃圾、厨余垃圾及其预处理固渣作为黑水虻饲养基质的可行性,开展黑水虻养殖效能研究。结果表明,6种湿垃圾固渣均可满足黑水虻的基本生长需求,但转化速率存在差异;物料的含水率、粒径、脂肪、总营养量对黑水虻高产虫率具有正向影响,物料的脂肪含量和碳氮比与虫体脂肪含量呈正相关关系。The use of black soldier fly biotransformation technology can improve the efficiency of anaerobic treatment of wet garbage.To verify the feasibility of using catering waste,kitchen waste,and their pre treated solid residue as substrates for breeding black soldier flies,a study was conducted on the breeding efficiency of black soldier flies.The results showed that all six types of wet garbage solid residues could meet the basic growth needs of black soldier flies,but there were differences in conversion rates.The moisture content,particle size,fat content,and total nutrient content of materials have a positive impact on the high yield of black soldier flies,and the fat content and carbon nitrogen ratio of the material are positively correlated with the fat content of the fly body.
