基于资源型经济转型的山西省经济开发区土地利用效率分析

摘　　要：在资源型经济转型的背景下,山西省经济开发区土地利用效率受到前所未有的关注。有必要合理选取投入与产出指标,构建山西省经济开发区土地利用效率的综合评价体系,分析土地利用效率的影响因素,并通过实证分析评估土地利用效率,从而提出基于经济转型需求的土地资源管理策略,为山西省乃至其他资源依赖型地区提供转型升级的参考路径,为土地资源的可持续利用提供解决方案。In the context of the transformation of resource-based economy,the land use efficiency of economic development zone in Shanxi Province has received unprecedented attention.It is necessary to reasonably select input and output indicators,construct a comprehensive evaluation system for land use efficiency of economic development zone in Shanxi Province,analyze the influencing factors of land use efficiency,and evaluate land use efficiency through empirical analysis,in order to propose land resource management strategies based on economic transformation needs,provide a reference path for transformation and upgrading for Shanxi Province and other resource dependent areas,and provide solutions for the sustainable use of land resources.
