摘 要:通沟污泥是排水系统养护作业时清捞的沉淀物,排水管网与排水泵站是通沟污泥的主要沉积节点,清淤不畅会影响其正常运行。为切实提升合肥市通沟污泥处理能力与资源化利用率,有必要结合通沟污泥收集方式与含水率,分析国内通沟污泥特性,研究合肥市通沟污泥处理现状,并探索通沟污泥处理产物处置出路。经检测,合肥市部分雨水井通沟污泥的含水率较低,小于60%。为提高资源化利用率,要建设和完善通沟污泥处理设施,提高颗粒分级的精细度与纯度,分离生产出符合各项建筑材料标准的建设用砂。同时,要结合产物资源化利用出路,确定深度分离工艺,对妥善分类的通沟污泥颗粒进行建材利用,从而实现可持续发展。Sewer sludge is the sediment cleared during drainage system maintenance operations,and the drainage pipe network and drainage pump station are the main sedimentation nodes of sewer sludge,and poor dredging will affect its normal operation.In order to effectively improve the treatment capacity and resource utilization rate of sewer sludge in Hefei City,it is necessary to combine the collection method and moisture content of sewer sludge,analyze the characteristics of domestic sewer sludge,study the current situation of sewer sludge treatment in Hefei City,and explore the disposal methods of sewer sludge treatment products.After testing,the moisture content of the sewer sludge from some rainwater wells in Hefei City is relatively low,less than 60%.In order to improve the utilization rate of resources,it is necessary to construct and improve sewer sludge treatment facilities,improve the precision and purity of particle classification,and separate and produce construction sand that meets various building material standards.At the same time,it is necessary to combine the resource utilization of products,determine the deep separation process,and use properly classified sewer sludge particles as building materials to achieve sustainable development.
