氰化浸金的三大机理及强化工艺研究进展

摘  要:目前,氰化浸金依然是最常用的提金方法,普遍认可的3种机理分别为埃尔斯纳的氧论、波特兰德的过氧化氢论和布恩斯特的腐蚀论。从氰化浸金的3种机理出发,分析氰化浸金的影响因素,综述强化氰化浸金的研究进展。研究表明,矿石性质、溶解氧和氰化物浓度、矿石粒度是氰化浸金的主要影响因素,氰化浸金的强化工艺主要有微裂纹强化、氧化剂强化、矿石预处理、制粒堆浸、超声波强化、重金属强化和外加物理场强化等。At present,cyanide leaching is still the most commonly used method for gold extraction,and the 3 widely recognized mechanisms are Elsner’s oxygen theory,Portland’s hydrogen peroxide theory,and Ernst’s corrosion theory.Starting from the 3 mechanisms of cyanide leaching of gold,the influencing factors of cyanide leaching of gold are analyzed,and the research progress is summarized on strengthening cyanide leaching of gold.Research has shown that ore properties,dissolved oxygen and cyanide concentration,and ore particle size are the main influencing factors of cyanide leaching of gold,and the strengthening processes of cyanide leaching of gold mainly include microcrack strengthening,oxidant strengthening,ore pretreatment,granulation heap leaching,ultrasonic strengthening,heavy metal strengthening,and external physical field strengthening.
