乌苏市重污染天气分型及预警预报方法研究

摘　　要：针对乌苏市重污染天气展开深入研究,通过综合分析大量气象和空气质量监测数据,揭示重污染天气的特征和形成机制。研究发现,乌苏市重污染天气分为2种类型,即冬季工业排放型和静稳天气逆温型。为了加强对重污染天气的科学预测和有效防控,提出一套基于数据挖掘和时间序列分析的预警预报方法。在实施预警预报的同时,要加强宣传,建立公众参与平台,通过社交媒体向居民传递实时的重污染天气信息,以便采取防护措施。In-depth research is conducted on heavy pollution weather in Wusu city,and the characteristics and formation mechanisms of heavy pollution weather are revealed through comprehensive analysis of a large amount of meteorological and air quality monitoring data.Research has found that heavy pollution weather in Wusu city can be divided into two types,namely winter industrial emission type and static and stable weather inversion type.In order to strengthen the scientific prediction and effective prevention and control of heavy pollution weather,a set of warning and forecasting methods based on data mining and time series analysis is proposed.While implementing early warning and forecasting,it is necessary to strengthen publicity,establish public participation platforms,and transmit real-time heavy pollution weather information to residents through social media in order to take protective measures.
