摘 要:作为一种新型碳材料,生物炭具有类似活性炭的性质,可用于处理污水。试验以竹粉与KHCO3为原料来制备生物炭,使用生物炭动态吸附装置处理模拟污水,然后采集实际污水样品,分析生物炭吸附+氯化消毒组合工艺处理污染物和病原微生物的有效性。其间分析竹粉与KHCO3投加量对生物炭性能的影响,研究污染物与病原微生物的穿透曲线,验证实际污水处理效果。经过生物炭吸附与氯化消毒处理后,污染物浓度和病原微生物数量均明显降低,出水能够达到相关排放标准,可进行二次利用。研究表明,生物炭能够有效地处理污水,去除污染物与病原微生物,对于污水安全排放与二次利用具有重要作用。As a new type of carbon material,biochar has properties similar to activated carbon and can be used for treating sewage.The experiment takes bamboo powder and KHCO3 as raw materials to prepare biochar,and uses a biochar dynamic adsorption device to treat simulated sewage,and collects actual sewage samples to analyze the effectiveness of the biochar adsorption+chlorination disinfection combination process in treating pollutants and pathogenic microorganisms.During this process,the influence of bamboo powder and KHCO3 dosage on the performance of biochar is analyzed,and the penetration curves of pollutants and pathogenic microorganisms are studied,and the actual sewage treatment effect is verified.After biochar adsorption and chlorination disinfection treatment,the concentration of pollutants and the number of pathogenic microorganisms are significantly reduced,and the effluent can meet the relevant discharge standards and can be reused.Research has shown that biochar can effectively treat sewage,remove pollutants and pathogenic microorganisms,and play an important role in the safe discharge and secondary utilization of sewage.
