摘 要:某分油盘组件进行磁粉检测时,发现QT700-2材料(球磨铸铁)的分油盘表面经常出现不同程度的异常磁痕显示,其形状类似真实裂纹,严重干扰检测人员对结果的判定。通过对球墨铸铁零件磁痕显示区域进行微观组织及显微硬度分析,确定了磁痕显示的性质和原因。针对常出现非相关显示的材料,本文给出合理的解释判定方法,为后续同类材料无损检测结果判定提供一定的参考依据。During magnetic particle inspection of a certain oil separator component,abnormal magnetic traces are often seen on the surface of the QT700-2 material(nodular cast iron) of the oil separator disc,which resemble real cracks and seriously interfere with the judgment of the inspection personnel.By analyzing the microstructure and microhardness of the magnetic trace display area on the ductile iron part,the nature and cause of the magnetic trace display were determined.For materials that often show non-relevant displays,this paper provides a reasonable explanation and judgment method,which can provide a reference for the subsequent non-destructive testing results judgment of similar materials.
