数字金融赋能新质生产力发展的内在机制与路径

摘　　要：新质生产力本质上是以科技创新为核心驱动力,依托于关键颠覆性技术的重大突破而诞生的先进生产力,新质生产力的“新”主要体现为新的生产要素﹑新的产业和新的技术。数字金融整合了信息技术、人工智能、大数据等前沿技术,成为推动金融业乃至整体经济增长的新驱动力,并在当前被视为发展新质生产力的关键工具。数据作为一种新的金融生产要素,能够有效促进传统金融结构的优化升级,而完善的数字金融基础设施则为新质生产力的发展提供了稳固的平台支持。未来,在充分考虑数字金融的特性和结合本国国情的基础上,应致力于通过数字金融的高质量发展来加速孕育新质生产力,通过市场机制与政府调控的有效结合,共同提升金融领域的数字创新能力,推动数字金融与新质生产力的发展深度融合,促进国际和国内省际间数字金融与新质生产力的高水平协同发展,强化两者间的双向赋能与互动协作,从而为新质生产力的强劲增长提供有力支撑。New quality productive forces are essentially driven by technological innovation,relying on major breakthroughs in key disruptive technologies.The“new”in the new quality productive forces mainly refers to new production factors,new industries,and new technologies.Digital finance integrates cutting-edge technologies such as information technology,artificial intelligence,and big data,serving as a new driving force for the financial industry and overall economic growth,and is currently seen as a key tool for developing new quality productive forces.Data,as a new financial production factor,can effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of traditional financial structures,while a sound digital financial infrastructure provides a solid platform for the development of new quality productive forces.In the future,based on the characteristics of digital finance and considering the national conditions,efforts should be made to accelerate the incubation of new quality productive forces through the high-quality development of digital finance.By effectively combining market mechanisms with government regulation,the digital innovation capabilities in the financial sector can be enhanced,promoting deep integration between digital finance and new quality productive forces.
