摘　　要：为了全面分析和评价BDS-3改造后的省级基准站网观测数据质量,弥补现有利用TEQC软件进行数据分析的不足,更好地提供基准站网基本数据产品和服务,本文阐述了省级北斗基准站网的BDS-3改造情况和基准站的观测数据质量要求,利用G-Nut/Anubis软件分析北斗基准站网全星座、全频率数据质量指标。结果表明,福建省卫星导航定位基准服务系统整体数据质量较好,符合卫星导航定位基准站网基本数据产品和服务规范的要求,保障了其在重点区域数据的战略应用。This paper illustrates the EDS-3 transformation and the observation data quality requirements of provincial Beidou reference station network,and uses G-Nut/Anubis software to analyze the data quality indicators of the whole constellation and full frequency of the mentioned network in order to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the observed data quality after the transformation,overcome the shortcomings of the existing data analyzing by using TEQC software,and better provide basic data products and services.The results show that the overall data quality of Fujian Continuously Operating Reference Stations is good,it meets the requirements of the basic data products and services of the satellite navigation and positioning reference station network,so it can guarantee the strategic application of its data in key areas.
