摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展和地理信息数据的广泛应用,涉密地理信息数据的安全管理面临严峻挑战,本文提出一种对外提供地理信息数据安全监管的解决方法。结合河北省地理信息数据的存储方式、使用现状和保密检查流程,运用透明加密、自动检测等技术手段,开发了地理信息数据安全监管系统,用于对外提供数据的安全管控和监管检查。结果表明,该系统可实现对涉密数据违规上网情况的有效远程监控和联网阻断,为地理信息数据的安全应用提供技术支撑。With the rapid development of information technology and the broad application of geographic information data,the management of the security of geographic information data is facing severe challenges,this paper proposes a solution for the security supervision of distributed geographic information data.This solution combines the storage mode,usage status and security inspecting process of geographic information data in Hebei Province,and uses transparent encryption,automatic detection and other technical means to develop a geographical information data security supervision system for the security control and supervision inspection of distributed data.The results show that the system can effectively remote monitor and block network in case of the illegal internet access of encrypted data,and provide technical support for the safe usage of geographic information data.
