摘  要:集约化养殖端药物使用过程中,对光高度敏感的活性组分和辅料会发生明显的降解,影响产品的质量和稳定性,如四环素类、磺胺类、氟喹诺酮类制剂产品。充分认识药物或辅料光降解机制和动力学是产品开发的关键。目前,防止光降解和增强药物制剂光稳定性的研究,主要集中在从配方和工艺研究上评估药品由制造到应用阶段的光降解情况。该文通过重点综述光降解机制、速率动力学以及影响光降解速率的因素,进而简要介绍提高光敏分子光稳定性的不同方法,以期为兽药制剂研发和应用提供理论依据和思路。At the intensive farming end,active drug components and excipients that are highly sensitive to light will undergo significant degradation,affecting the quality and stability of the agents,such as tetracyclines,sulfonamides,fluoroquinolone agents.Full understanding of drugs and excipients photodegradation mechanisms and kinetics is key to product development.Reports on preventing photodegradation and enhancing the photostability of photounstable components in drug dosage forms have focused on the research of formulation and process,to assess the photodegradation of the drug product from manufacturing to application stage.This paper focuses on various photodegradation mechanisms,rate dynamics,and factors affecting the rate of photodegradation,and briefly introduces different methods to improve the photostability of photosensitive molecules,aim to provide theoretical basis and broad ideas for the research and development and application of veterinary drugs.
