摘　　要：近年来,人民生活水平逐渐提高,观光畜牧业正快速发展。作为观赏动物的羊驼,养殖规模将进一步扩大。人工授精不仅可以提高优质种畜的利用率和畜群质量,降低生物安全风险,还有利于制定科学合理的繁育计划,提高养殖场生产效率。然而人工授精在羊驼养殖中并没有得到广泛应用,国内对于羊驼人工授精的相关报道较少,因此,该文对羊驼精液的采集、精液的稀释和保存、人工授精技术等方面进行综述。In recent years,people's living standards have gradually improved,and sightseeing animal husbandry is developing rapidly.Alpacas as ornamental animals,the scale of farming will be further expanded.Artificial insemination can not only improve the utilization rate of high⁃quality breeding stock and herd quality,reduce biosecurity risks,but also help to develop scientific and reasonable breeding plans and improve farm production efficiency.However,artificial insemination has not been widely used in alpaca breeding,and there are few reports about artificial insemination of alpaca in China.Therefore,this paper reviews the collection of alpaca semen,dilution and preservation of semen,artificial insemination technology and other aspects to promote the development of alpaca breeding technology.
