摘 要:以某市循环产业园燃气管线下穿京台高速为背景,研究了水平定向钻施工方法对公路路基沉降变形的影响及相应的监测方法。借鉴给排水顶管技术对地表的变形预测和计算方法,通过Peck公式计算路基最大沉降量及影响的区域,根据《建筑变形测量规范》(JGJ8-2016)确定变形监测精度等级,结合工程实际情况设计沉降观测点的布置点位,根据施工特点确定监测频率、观测方式,总结了水平定向钻方法施工过程中沉降观测应注意的事项及与一般建筑物沉降观测的不同之处,最后通过项目的实测数据检验沉降观测方案的合理性、可行性及待改进之处,并对Peck公式的适用性进行了有效验证。Based on the background that the gas pipeline of a city recycling industrial park pass through the Beijing-Taibei expressway,the influence of horizontal directional drilling on the settlement and deformation of highway subgrade and the corresponding monitoring method are studied.Learn from the deformation prediction and calculation method of the surface pipe technology on the surface,and use the Peck formula to calculate the maximum settlement and impact area of the road base,and determine the deformation monitoring accuracy level according to the Code for Deformation Measurement of Building and Structure(JGJ 8-2016).Combined with the actual engineering actual situation design the layout point of the observation point of the designed settlement,determine the monitoring frequency and observation method according to the characteristics of the construction,and summarize that should be paid attention to in the process of settlement observation and the differences with general building settlement observation are determined.Finally,the rationality,feasibility and improvement of the settlement observation scheme were tested by actual measurement,and effectively verify the applicability of the Peck formula.
