江苏省一、二等水准测量成果质量问题浅析

摘　　要：一、二等水准测量在区域现代测绘高程基准维持与更新、区域地面沉降监测、城市轨道交通工程高程控制网等测量工程中广泛应用。承担一、二等水准测量项目的都为具有大地测量或工程测量甲级测绘资质且综合实力较强的生产单位。根据《国家一、二等水准测量规范》(GB/T 12897-2006)、《测绘成果质量检查与验收》(GB/T 24356-2009)等生产和检查验收规范,对近几年检验的江苏省范围内的一、二等水准测量项目成果质量问题进行了汇总。这些项目成果质量具有一些典型的问题,对产生问题的原因进行了简要分析,对于测绘单位规范生产、提高成果质量有着较强的借鉴意义。First and second order leveling has been widely used in surveying projects such as the maintenance and updating of regional modern vertical control surveying framework,regional land subsidence monitoring and urban rail transit engineering vertical control.The first and second level surveying projects are completed by corporations with geodetic or engineering surveying grade A qualifications and strong comprehensive strength.In this paper the quality issues of the results of the first and second order leveling projects in Jiangsu province which have been inspected in recent years are summarized based on production and inspection acceptance standards such as Specifications for the First and Second Order Leveling(GB/T 12897-2006),Specifications for Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Surveying and Mapping Products(GB/T 24356—2009).There are some typical problems in the quality of the results of these projects and the causes of the problems are briefly analyzed which has a strong reference significance for surveying and mapping corporations to standardize production and improve the quality of results.
