摘 要:在市政工程项目中,前期成本估算的准确性是十分重要的。为了更准确地估算市政工程的前期成本,以基于BIM的虚拟现实技术作为初步的解决方案。基于BIM的虚拟现实技术(Virtual Reality,VR)使工程估价能够在利益相关者随时执行修改时自动更新,允许在整个项目中进行快速和高度准确的设计调整,采用技术验收模型来确定虚拟现实技术的验收水平,研究表明:虚拟现实技术的应用可以提高成本估算的效率和准确性。In municipal engineering projects,the accuracy of preliminary cost estimation is very important.In order to more accurately estimate preliminary cost of municipal engineering,this paper takes BIM-based Virtual Reality(VR)technology as the preliminary solution.VR technology based on BIM enables engineering estimates to be automatically updated as stakeholders perform changes at any time,allowing for rapid and highly accurate design adjustments throughout the project,using technical acceptance models to determine the level of acceptance of virtual reality technologies.Research has shown that the application of virtual reality technology can improve the efficiency and accuracy of cost estimation.
