摘　　要：生态水利就是基于所在区域的地理状况、生态环境等多种因素,从生态平衡发展的角度进行水利工程项目建设开发。合理应用生态水利设计理念优化河道治理,可以有效提高水资源的自动化运转能力,具有重要的社会效益、生态效益和经济效益。分析河道治理以及生态水利设计理念的具体应用,探究技术要点,可以切实提高河道治理的综合质效。基于此,主要分析了河道治理中生态水利设计理念与基本原则,综合实际状况确定了具体应用的技术。Ecological water conservancy is the practice and development of water conservancy projects from the perspective of ecological balance development,based on various factors such as geographical conditions and ecological environment in the region.Rational application of ecological water conservancy design concept to optimize river management can effectively improve the automated operation capacity of water resources,and has important social,ecological,and economic benefits.Analyzing the specific application of river management and ecological water conservancy design concepts,exploring technical points,can effectively improve the comprehensive quality and efficiency of river management.Based on this,the article mainly analyzes the ecological water conservancy design concept and basic principles in river management,and determines the specific application technology based on the actual situation.
