摘  要:高比例逆变型分布式电源(inverter interfaced distributed energy resources,IIDERs)的接入改变了配电网的短路电流特征,使得原有的电流保护方案可能会拒动或误动。为定量评估分布式电源接入对配电网保护的影响,以配电线路三级保护为例,建立了考虑三级保护、电压质量、渗透率及单点并网容量为约束的分布式电源最大接入容量计算模型。通过自适应粒子群(adaptive particle swarm optimization,APSO)算法求解得到满足三级保护等约束的IIDER接入容量边界,为有源配电网保护的配置与调整提供参考。通过PSCAD搭建模型进行了仿真,结果表明,在接入IIDER不超过所求出的容量边界时,各级保护均能正确动作,各点电压均不越限,验证了所提算法的有效性。The access of high-ratio inverter interfaced distributed energy resources(IIDERs)changes the short-circuit current characteristics of the distribution network,which makes the original current protection scheme refuse to act or act incorrectly.To quantitatively assess the impact of distributed energy resources supply access on distribution network protection,taking distribution line three-level protection as an example,a distributed energy resources maximum access capacity calculation model considering three-level protection,voltage quality,penetration rate,and single-point grid-connected capacity as constraints are established.The IIDER access capacity boundary satisfying constraints such as three-level protection is obtained through the adaptive particle swarm optimization(APSO)algorithm,which provides a reference for the configuration and adjustment of active distribution network protection.The simulation is carried out through PSCAD modeling,and the results show that when the accessed IIDER does not exceed the capacity boundary,all levels of protection can be correctly operated.The voltage at each point does not exceed the limit,which verifies the validity of the proposed algorithm.
