摘　　要：档案修复伦理是指导档案修复工作开展的重要依据,对档案的使用与保护有重要影响,但我国尚无完整的档案修复伦理规范,相关领域研究亦有待深耕。文章梳理我国档案修复伦理政策源流,通过文本调研从价值导向、人员素质、工作规范三方面归纳国外机构修复伦理的内容借鉴,并结合国情从明确内容框架、强化联合保障、拓展评估维度层面思考对制定我国档案修复伦理规范的启示。The ethics of archival restoration play a crucial role in guiding the practice and safeguarding of archives, exerting significant influence on their utilization and protection. However,a comprehensive framework for archival restoration ethics is yet to be established in China, necessitating further research in related fields. This paper examines the origins of China's policy on archive restoration ethics, conducts textual research to summarize the content of foreign institutions' restoration ethics from three perspectives: value orientation, personnel quality, and work norms.It also considers the implications for formulating China's archive restoration ethics norms by clarifying the content framework,strengthening joint security measures, and expanding evaluation dimensions in accordance with national conditions.
