摘　　要：心肌炎症反应是心肌疾病的基本病理过程,主要表现为心肌细胞坏死和炎症细胞的浸润。其中,炎症细胞(淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞等)在心肌炎症反应中的作用极其重要,因此,无创检测心肌炎症微环境中炎症细胞的浸润对于心肌炎症反应的评估以及心肌炎症相关疾病的疗效监测具有重要意义。一体化PET/MR显像是集PET的代谢显像和MRI的解剖成像为一体的分子影像技术,利用多种不同的分子探针,可以全方位地评估心肌炎症过程,为心肌炎症相关疾病的诊断与疗效评估提供影像学支持。笔者主要综述了PET/MR在评估心肌炎症中的应用进展,期望推动PET/MR在心肌炎症评估中的应用。The myocardial inflammatory response is a fundamental pathological process in myocardial diseases,primarily characterized by myocardial cell necrosis and the infiltration of inflammatory cells.The role of inflammatory cells(lymphocytes,neutrophils,macrophages and so on)in the myocardial inflammatory response is critically important.Therefore,non-invasive detection of inflammatory cell infiltration within the myocardial inflammatory microenvironment is of significant importance for assessing the myocardial inflammatory response and monitoring the therapeutic efficacy of myocardial inflammation-related diseases.Integrated PET/MR imaging,which combines the metabolic imaging of PET with the anatomical imaging of MRI,is a molecular imaging technology that utilizes various molecular probes to comprehensively assess the myocardial inflammatory process.This approach provides imaging support for the diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of myocardial inflammation-related diseases.Here,the authors systematically review the advancements in the application of PET/MR in evaluating myocardial inflammatory responses,with the aim of promoting the clinical application of PET/MR in myocardial inflammation assessment.
