摘　　要：目的调查与分析参与心脏康复论坛会议的医务人员对心脏康复运动知识的认知度和接受意愿及自身运动习惯,促进心脏康复在淮海经济区的开展,保障患者的心脏康复安全。方法分别在2022年8月25日至2022年8月28日及2022年12月9日至2022年12月10日两次心脏康复会议期间,通过微信二维码向参与调查的医生、护士、后勤人员等进行问卷推送。调查对象通过手机/电脑“问卷星”在线填写的方式完成调研。完成调研数据收集后,建立数据库,对不同人群从业人员心脏康复知识掌握情况进行分析。结果共发放问卷281份,回收有效问卷281份,有效问卷回收率为100%。①参会人员对心脏康复的接受意愿高。②康复科参会人员心脏康复知识测评得分高于临床临床科室及其他科室。③多元线性回归分析提示科室是影响心脏康复认知度的因素。结论参会人员普遍认为心脏康复是必要、可行的。不同科室的认知度存在差异,需加强科室间交流合作,提升心脏康复认知、技能水平,保障心脏康复工作的顺利开展。Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition,willingness to accept and exercise habits of the medical staff participating in the cardiac rehabilitation forum.Promoting the development of cardiac rehabilitation in the Huaihai Economic Zone.Ensuring the safety of patients′cardiac rehabilitation.Methods During the two cardiac rehabilitation conferences from August 25,2022 to August 28,2022 and November 9,2022 to Nevember 10,2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted in doctors,nurses and support staff through the QR code on WeChat.Respondents completed the survey online by filling in the“questionnaire star”on their mobile phone/computer.After the survey data collection is completed,a database was established to analyze the knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation among practitioners in different populations.Results A total of 281 questionnaires were sent out,281 were effectively collected,and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 100%.(1)Participants had a high willingness to accept cardiac rehabilitation.(2)Participants in the rehabilitation department scored higher on cardiac rehabilitation knowledge assessment than those in clinical departments and other departments.(3)Multiple linear regression analysis suggested that the department was the factor affecting the awareness of cardiac rehabilitation.Conclusion Participants generally believe that cardiac rehabilitation is necessary and feasible.The awareness of different departments is different,so it is necessary to strengthen the communication and cooperation between departments,improve the cognition and skill level of cardiac rehabilitation,and ensure the development of cardiac rehabilitation work.
