摘 要:基于湘北Q村的社会调查,以“四维社会关系”理论为分析框架,考察原子化农户的社会关系发现,原子化农户“血缘—姻缘—地缘—友缘”社会关系解体,重构为“内亲—外亲—地缘—友缘”社会关系———原子化农户的“五服”血缘关系解体,姻缘关系强于血缘关系;血缘关系与姻缘关系相互融合,并由此衍生出内亲认同与外亲认同等观念;原子化农户的社会关系仍具差序特征,两代以内的内亲关系是其社会关系的核心层,地缘关系处于原子化农户社会关系的最外层,外亲关系与友缘关系共居中位且二者差异甚微。针对原子化农户社会关系这一新动向,应充分利用原子化农户高度的内亲认同观念,提升其积极参与乡村治理的主体意愿与内生动力,助力构建“自治、德治、法治”相结合的乡村治理体系,推进乡村治理现代化。Based on a social survey in Village Q in northern Hunan,using the"four-dimensional social relations"theory as an analytical framework,we examined the social relations of the atomized farmers(scattered farmers).It is found that the social relations of"blood-marriage-geography-friendship"of the atomized farmers has disintegrated and was reconstructed into"inner-relatives(relatives related to the same clan)-outer-relatives(relatives related to female members of the family)-geography-friendship"social relationship.The blood relation of the family clan of the atomized farmers,including the five upper and lower generations with the present generation as the start in Chinese tradition,has disintegrated,and marriage relation was stronger than blood relation;blood relation and marriage relation are integrated with each other,and the concepts such as inner-relatives identification and outerrelatives identification are derived.The social relations of the atomized farmers still have differential order characteristics:the inner-relatives relation within two generations is in the core layer of their social relations;the geographical relation is at the outermost layer;the outer-relative relation and the friendship relation are in the middle and there is little difference between the two.In response to the new trend of the social relations of the atomized farmers,we should make full use of their highly shared concepts of inner-relatives identification,enhance their willingness and endogenous motivation to actively participate in rural governance,and help build a modern rural governance system that combines"autonomy,rule of virtue,and rule of law".
