摘　　要：基板玻璃在浮法生产过程中不可避免的会出现许多如滴落物、锡缺陷、擦划伤等表面缺陷,为提高玻璃表面的平整度和洁净度会对表面进行研磨抛光和清洗等工序,本文通过研磨抛光实验,研究不同浓度研磨液以及不同的研磨时间对于表面缺陷去除效果的影响。During the float production process of substrate glass,such surface defects as gobs,tin defects,and scratches are inevitable.Grinding,polishing,and cleaning are indispensable for leveling and cleaning the glass surface.The effects of different concentrations of grinding fluid and grinding time on removing surface defects are analysed on basis of grinding and polishing experiments.
