摘　　要：拉边机是浮法玻璃成型过程中的的主要装备之一,成对的安装在锡槽两侧。拉边机的主要作用是将锡槽内的玻璃液拉薄、堆厚和控制玻璃液走向。目前市场上主要使用的拉边机有落地式拉边机和吊挂式拉边机,本文将从工作原理、工程造价、设备安装、控制操作、设备检修等方面来比较两种拉边机的各自优势。Top roller is one of the main equipment for the float glass forming process,installed in pairs on both sides of the tin bath,to thin or stack the moten glass in the tin bath,and control the direction of the molten glass.There are two main types of top rollers in the market:ground-mounted edge roller and suspended top roller.We will compare the advantages of two types of top rollers from the aspects of operating principle,construction cost,equipment installation,control operation and equipment maintenance.
