摘　　要：中日关系正处于何去何从的关键时期,站在历史的十字路口。2023年习近平主席在旧金山会见日本首相岸田文雄,双方重新确认全面推进战略互惠关系的两国关系定位,致力于构建契合新时代要求的建设性、稳定的中日关系。中日双方应按照这一共识加强对话、增进互信、妥处分歧、深化合作。当前有利于双边关系企稳向好、回归常态的积极因素逐渐显现,但外部因素干扰仍然突出,日本倚美自重、联美制华,在防卫领域外向性和进攻性抬头。中日关系新老问题交织,存在许多不稳定的因素,“近而不亲”等难题掣肘两国关系发展。中国的日本问题研究要聚焦问题,前瞻研究,服务大局,助力中日关系不偏航、不脱轨。In recent years,China-Japanese relations have encountered a series of complex and sensitive factors,and are currently at a critical juncture as to where they should go.In November 2023,President Xi Jinping met with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in San Francisco.The two sides reaffirmed their commitment to the principles and consensus outlined in the four political documents between China and Japanreaffirmed the positioning of bilateral relations in comprehensively promoting strategic and mutually beneficial relations,and committed to building a constructive and stable Sino-Japanese relationship that meets the requirements of the new era.China and Japan should strengthen dialogue,enhance mutual trust,properly manage differences,and deepen cooperation in accordance with important consensus reached by leaders of both countries.China-Japan relations are standing at a historical crossroad.On one hand,exchanges interrupted during the pandemic are gradually resuming;practical cooperation across various fields is steadily advancing;people-to-people and local exchanges are on the rise—these positive factors contribute to stabilizing bilateral relations towards normalization.On the other hand,negative factors that have led to the widening of the cognitive gap and trust deficit between the two countries continue to“hold them back”,external factors are interfering prominently,the situation in China-Japan relations remains sensitive and complex,new and old problems are intertwined and highlighted,and there are many unstable factors.
