摘　　要：2024年8月是邓小平同志诞辰120周年,也是《中日和平友好条约》缔结46周年。邓小平外交思想指导了改革开放时期中国特色社会主义的国际战略,并在对日外交实践中得到充分展现。邓小平高度重视发展中日关系,始终将其放在中国现代化建设与国际战略全局中来谋划和推动。世界“百年未有之大变局”下,习近平以推动构建人类命运共同体为基础,擘画以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系,引领中日关系健康发展大方向。中国的国家利益决定了推动中日关系发展的总体走向,中日关系的具体实际又决定了实现目标的路径选择与方案设计要具有针对性、可操作性,深化务实合作、促进认知重构、增进战略互信是基本思路与内在逻辑。The August of 2024 marks the 120th anniversary of the birth of Deng Xiaoping and the 46th anniversary of the conclusion of China-Japan Treaty of Peace and Friendship.Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic thought guided the international strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics during the period of reform and opening up,and a series of strategic judgments centering on various themes.has been fully demonstrated in its diplomatic practice with Japan.Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic thought has always attached great importance to the development of friendly relations with neighboring countries,and has planed and promoted China-Japan relations in China’s modernization construction and the overall international strategy which has been fully demonstrated in the practice of diplomacy with Japan.Under the great changes that have not been seen in a century,President Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought is based on the concept of building a community of shared destiny of mankind,with win-win cooperation as the core.It outlines a new type of international relations,and guides the general direction for the healthy development of China-Japan relations.China’s national interests determine the overall direction of the development of China-Japan relations.The concrete realities of China-Japan relations determine that the path selection and plan design to achieve the goal should be targeted and operable.Deepening practical cooperation,promoting cognitive reconstruction and enhancing strategic mutual trust are the basic ideas and internal logic.
