摘　　要：面对医疗信息化发展带来的病案管理挑战,文中提出了一种基于电子签名的病案无纸化归档系统。该系统采用模块化设计,集成了病案录入、电子签名、存储检索和权限管理等功能,有效解决了传统纸质归档的低效和安全隐患。系统经过严格的性能测试,在高并发、大数据量场景下表现优异,平均响应时延控制在毫秒级,为医院信息化建设提供了可靠的技术方案。Faced with the challenges of medical informationization in medical record management,this paper proposes a paperless archiving system for medical records based on electronic signatures.The system,utilizing modular design,integrates functions such as medical record entry,electronic signatures,storage retrieval,and permission management,effectively addressing the inefficiency and security risks of traditional paper-based archiving.Rigorous performance testing demonstrates excellent performance of the system under high concurrency and large data volume scenarios,with average response latency controlled within milliseconds,providing a reliable technical solution for hospital informationization construction.
