摘  要:为满足嵌入式设备日益增长的数据存储与管理需求,文中设计了一种基于FPGA的SATA3.0存储阵列控制器。该方案不仅显著提升了系统的跨平台能力与升级能力,还增强了模块的复用性和环境适应性。在实现细节上,选用Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA作为核心硬件,外接8块SSD以扩展通道数量,并通过MicroBlaze软核处理器实现了自动化测试。经过优化,该系统展现了卓越的性能参数:存储容量高达4TB,写入带宽达3.3 GB/S,读出带宽达3.4 GB/S。此外,该系统还表现出了极佳的环境适应性,能在-40~60℃的宽温范围内稳定工作,充分满足了工业化环境的需求。In order to meet the growing data storage and management requirements of embedded devices,a SATA3.0 memory array controller based on FPGA is designed in this paper.This solution not only significantly improves the cross-platform capability and upgrade ability of the system,but also enhances the reusability and environmental adaptability of the module.In the implementation details,Xilinx Kinex-7 FPGA is selected as the core hardware,and 8 external SSDs are connected to expand the number of channels.Automated testing is realized through MicroBlaze soft-core processor.After optimization,the system exhibits excellent performance parameters:storage capacity up to 4TB,write bandwidth up to 3.3GB/S,and read bandwidth up to 3.4GB/S.In addition,the system also exhibits excellent environmental adaptability and can operate stably in a wide temperature range of-40 to 60℃,fully meeting the needs of industrial environments.
