摘　　要：文中探讨了区块链技术在农产品供应链中的应用,旨在提升农产品供应链的透明度和可追溯性,通过构建数据共享平台和追溯体系,实现了从田间到餐桌的全链条信息记录与实时共享。另外,分析了供应链瓶颈,重构了管理流程,并建立了风险防控机制,以提高供应链的效率和安全性。This paper discusses the application of blockchain technology in the supply chain of agricultural products,aiming to improve the transparency and traceability of the supply chain of agricultural products.By building a data sharing platform and traceability system,the whole chain information recording and real-time sharing from field to table is realized.In addition,supply chain bottlenecks are analyzed,management processes are reconstructed,and risk prevention and control mechanisms are established to improve supply chain efficiency and security.
