摘　　要：目的总结成年人颈部淋巴管瘤的治疗情况和随访结果。方法收集2018年2月至2023年2月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院收治的40例成年人颈部淋巴管瘤患者的相关资料,总结成年人颈部淋巴管瘤的治疗情况和随访结果。结果40例患者的年龄为18~63岁,平均(39.4±8.7)岁;男性11例,女性29例;18岁以前发病7例;术前穿刺抽液6~13 ml。所有患者均行核磁共振检查,结果均呈囊性瘤体,囊内不增强。所有患者均接受手术治疗,其中,完整切除34例,部分切除6例。随访时间为4~64个月,随访结果显示,行完整切除的患者均未复发,6例行部分切除的患者在外观和影像学检查中均无明显进展。结论成年人颈部淋巴管瘤为良性肿瘤,及时切除可取得较好的临床效果。Objective To summarize the treatment and follow-up results of adult cervical lymphangioma.Method The related data of 40 adult cases of cervical lymphangioma who underwent surgical treatment at Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University from February 2018 to February 2023 were collected,and the treatment and follow-up results of adult cervical lymphangioma were summarized.Result The 40 patients were aged 18-63 years old,with an average age of(39.4±8.7)years old;there are 11 males and 29 females;there were 7 cases of onset before the age of 18.Before surgery,the amount of fluid extracted by preoperative puncture was 6-13 ml.All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging,and the results showed cystic tumors without enhancement within the capsule.All patients underwent surgical treatment,including 34 cases of complete resection and 6 cases of partial resection.All patients were followed up for 4 to 64 months,the follow-up results showed that,and there was no recurrence in patients who underwent complete resection.In 6 patients who underwent partial resection,there was no significant progression in appearance and imaging examination.Conclusion Adult cervical lymphangioma is a benign tumor,and timely resection can achieve good clinical effect.
