摘　　要：血液透析是终末期肾脏疾病的主要肾脏替代疗法,良好的血管通路是血液透析的必要条件。血管通路并发症是导致血液透析患者住院的重要原因之一,尤其是随着患者透析龄的延长,顽固性狭窄或者闭塞病变、血栓机化、导管嵌顿、流入道动脉血管细小等血管通路病变的复杂化使患者及社会面临更加沉重的经济负担。经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)具有安全性高、损伤小、可反复操作等优势,已广泛应用于自体血管通路狭窄性病变,且在一些血液透析患者血管通路的复杂病变中达到了较高的通畅率,疗效确切。Hemodialysis is an important renal replacement therapy for end-stage renal disease.A good vascular access is vital for hemodialysis patients.Vascular access complications are an important cause of hospitalizations in patients receiving hemodialysis,especially,with the prolongation of the dialysis age,the vascular path becomes more complicated,such as some obstinate stenosis or occlusion,thrombus organization,occluded catheter,small blood vessel of the inflow artery,and so on.It makes the patient and the society facing more heavy economic burden.Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA)has been widely used in the treatment of autovascular pathway stenosis lesions due to its advantages of high safety,less injury and repeated operation,and in some hemodialysis patients vascular access in the complex lesions,achieved a good patency rate,the effect is definite.
