摘　　要：下肢静脉性溃疡(VLU)是临床上常见的溃疡性疾病,约占腿部溃疡的70%,因其愈合慢、易复发的特点,患者需长期反复治疗,不仅增加了患者的日常生活及工作负担,还增加了其经济和心理压力。本文基于国内外文献,综述了VLU的中医病因病机、西医发病机制及现代中西医外治疗法,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Venous leg ulcer(VLU)is a common ulcerative disease in clinic,accounting for about 70%of leg ulcers.Due to its slow healing and easy recurrence,patients need long-term repeated treatment,which not only increases the daily life and work burden of patients,but also increases their economic and psychological pressure.Based on domestic and foreign literatures,this paper reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of VLU in Chinese medicine,Western medicine and modern external treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
