摘 要:随着建筑行业的建设发展,建筑物的建设场地选址位置也越发多样,如选址到低洼凹陷的场地。建筑物难免会建设在超厚的回填土区域上,关于超厚回填土区域的建筑基础类型选择,有多种基础类型,需综合考虑构筑物总荷载及地质承载力问题,如筏板或独基、桩基础类型等。以“钦州龙祥壹号院项目”为实例,通过介绍本工程桩基础选型、机械选型及具体施工工艺,探讨旋挖机+长螺旋钻头技术在超厚回填土区域桩基成孔的施工应用,可为类似工程施工提供参考。With the development of the construction industry,the site selection of the construction site is more and more diverse,such as site selection to low-lying site.It is inevitable that buildings will be built on the ultra-thick backfill soil area.As for the selection of building foundation types in the ultra-thick backfill soil area,and a variety of foundation types,the total load and geological bearing capacity of the structure should be selected comprehensively,such as raft or single foundation,pile foundation type,etc.Taking"Qinzhou Longxiang No.1 Courtyard project"as an example,by introducing the pile foundation selection,mechanical selection and specific construction technology,discuss the construction application of rotary excavator+long screw bit technology in pile foundation in the ultra-thick backfill soil area,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
